General meetings typically will be held on the third Tuesday of each month, at 12:00 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. Locations will vary to accommodate our membership.

Congratulations to APABA Board Member, Judge Alfred Harrell, on being one of this year's recipients of the prestigious Colorado Judicial Institute, Judicial Excellence Award, which will be presented on November 18, 2008. More details to follow as the event approaches.
October 11, 2008: Politics and the Law CLE
The First Judicial District Bar Association is presenting a CLE entitled "Politics and the Law" on Saturday, October 11, 2008 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Jefferson County District Attorney's Office (Training Room), located at 500 Jefferson County Parkway, Golden, Colorado. Four CLE credits have been requested. Please click here to register for the CLE. Cost is $60 for First Judicial District Bar Association members and $75 for non-members.
October 18, 2008: Sam Cary Scholarship Endowment Fund Gala
The 2008 Annual Sam Cary Scholarship Endowment Fund Gala will be held on October 18, 2008 at the Ritz-Carlton (1881 Curtis Street) in Denver. Individual tickets are available for $100.00 per person.
